• Free Express Shipping: We offer free express shipping across India.

Delivery Times

• For Major Cities, orders typically arrive within 3-4 working days.

• For the rest of India, delivery may take 5-7 working days depending on your location

• Delivery Window: Orders are delivered between 9:00 AM and 8:00 PM, Monday to Saturday

• Holiday Hours: No deliveries will be made on public holidays or Sundays. Any order placed on a holiday will be processed the next business day.

Order Processing

• Processing Time: Orders typically take 1-2 business days to process. Once processed, your order will be dispatched for delivery.

• Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive order confirmation and once the order is packed you will receive the email and WhatsApp with a tracking number. You can track your shipment through our website or WhatsApp tracking or by contacting our customer support team for updates.

• Signature or OTP Requirement: All Ajmal Perfumes orders will require a signature or OTP (One-Time Password) will be sent to the recipient's registered mobile number to further authenticate the delivery. This ensures that your package has been securely received either by you or an authorized person. If you are unavailable, please ensure that an authorized person can sign for the delivery and enter the OTP on your behalf.

Handling Missing or Damaged Orders

• Damaged Goods: In the unlikely event that vour order is damaged in transit, please contact our customer service team immediately on the same day of delivery
with the unboxing clear photographs or video proof of the damaged goods. We will assist you in processing a refund, replacement, or exchange based on the situation.

• Missing Items: If any items are missing from your package, please notify us immediately. In the unlikely event that your order is damaged in transit, please contact our customer service team immediately on the same day of delivery with clear photographs or video proof of the missing goods.

Courier Limitations and Delivery Delays

Special Shipping Condition

• Incorrect Address: Please double-check vour delivery address at the time of ordering. Sauds is not responsible for delays or lost shipments due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided at the time of placing the order.

Returns and Exchanges for Shipping lssues

• Product Damaged During Shipping: If the product is damaged during shipping, please contact our customer service with your order details and photos/videos of the damage within 48 hours of receipt. A refund, exchange, or replacement will be processed after a full review.

• Incorrect Items Sent: If you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or refund based on your preference.

• Unopened Items: In cases where a product is not damaged but you simply wish to return it, our Return Policy will apply.
