The journey of our brand didn’t start in a corporate boardroom; it began with a restless dream and a passion for creativity.
​Right after completing graduation, I stepped into the conventional corporate world and took up a job. But deep down, I always felt a different calling. I wanted to build something meaningful—something of my own that could add true value to people's lives. Since childhood, I had been drawn to art and creativity, and this creative mindset made it impossible for me to fit into a standard 9-to-5 routine. After just one month, I left the job to pursue my true passion.
Coming from a humble middle-class family, starting a business from scratch was an immense challenge. With no inherited capital to invest, I had to rely entirely on resourcefulness, grit, and an unwavering belief in my vision.
The First Spark: Ramadan 2018
​Driven by a deep fascination for traditional perfumery, I decided to start with Attars. Lacking funds, I took stock on credit and set up a small stall during the holy month of Ramadan in 2018. The season brought in a modest profit, but more importantly, it ignited a lifelong obsession.
​I found myself completely captivated by the art of scent. I spent hours studying how different fragrance notes developed, how they blended together, and how they interacted with the senses. Every day became a lesson in perfumery.
The Breakthrough: Crafting the Perfect Formula
In early 2019, I received my very first order for Kastoori Wax. This became my ultimate test of patience and dedication. Perfecting the formula was a rigorous journey of trial, error, and refinement that took two whole years.
By 2022, the hard work paid off. I officially launched our signature Kastoori Wax in the market, alongside a collection of premium daily-wear Attars. The response was overwhelming. People fell in love with our unique blends, and a strong, organic demand began to grow in the market.
